Parklane Towers offers 71 homes in a 10-story building

Those of us who own and live in Parklane Towers feel we made an excellent choice in our home life. We often comment that the Towers is the best kept secret in Wichita. With this website, we’re sharing this secret so others may decide to enjoy the same carefree living as we do in home ownership.

Safe and secure

Parklane Towers has an on-site management team, door attendants, surveillance cameras, and inside package delivery. If you want, our attendants will deliver your groceries and packages to your door. Valet parking, covered garage, extra storage, laundry facilities, and a workout room are also available. The building is non-smoking and pet free.

Only owner residents may live in our apartments and as such, we take pride in our community. We get to know our neighbors.

Most of us are active outside our community with jobs, families, and volunteer commitments. Our various schedules have us coming and going throughout our days. As responsible homeowners, we maintain safety and security in our community and we have help from our staff seven days a week.

Easy Access

It’s easy for us to get to anywhere in the city because Parklane Towers sits close to east Kellogg and I-135. It’s also easy for your friends and family to visit you at home with ample parking in our large, private lot.

Unique

The Towers offers 72 apartment homes on 10-floors with two elevators. Each has an open floor plan with a balcony overlooking the city. Every home is as unique as its owner. You can choose from a studio to a three-bedroom depending on availability.

When you’re ready to buy

Before you can close on your new purchase, you must first be approved for residency. You need to complete an application and pay for your background and credit checks.

Parklane Towers is a co-operative where buyers purchase stock in the corporation. The purchase price is set by the current owner of the shares assigned to a particular apartment. The maintenance fee (similar to a “HOA” fee) is a set dollar amount times the number of shares you own. The number of shares of stock is based on the assigned home’s square footage and floor level.
