To own and live in the Towers, you will purchase shares in our housing corporation. Parklane Towers, Inc. owns and operates the building. An elected Resident Board of Directors manages the corporation and all operations.
When you decide to purchase your home in Parklane Towers, you buy the stock assigned to a specific apartment from the current owner. Once you both agree to the purchase contract, you complete an application. We require successful background and credit checks, plus an interview with members of the New Resident Committee, before your application moves forward for board approval.
