You really need to contact your realtor or our “for sale by owner” listings if you are interested in owning and living in Parklane Towers. They can help you.

We never collect it as we do not allow comments. I guess that answer would be zero seconds.
This site serves as our electronic brochure. We wanted to make it easy for potential homebuyers and their realtors to discover us. Being a cooperative apartment building, we’re somewhat unique in Wichita. Not so much in New York City. But hey we are unique in the good ole ICT.
What rights you have over your data
Good news — we do not collect your personal data so you get to keep all the rights to your data as far as we are concerned. We just ask that you look, read, and pass the word on about this great place to live.
Oh this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. That’s mostly spam and hacker blockers our security software uses on nefarious IP addresses. If you’re nefarious, we will block you…at least that’s what the software promises us.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments would be checked through an automated spam detection service if we allowed comments.
Your contact information
Don’t need it; don’t want it. Just contact your realtor or one of our for sale by owner listings and find out more information about buying and moving in here. Remember, that’s the point of the website.

By not gathering any data and respecting your privacy, we find any data breach would just ruin our site. That would be bad for us so we hope it never happens.

None. This is a one way communication piece like a traditional marketing brochure. That’s the best way we figured we could protect your privacy. Although we consider ourselves highly intelligent, we do not use artificial intelligence in our decision making to speak of.
Whoops, we do take that back. We use AI for grammar and spells check, and would be lost without them.
