By Check

  • Make check out to Parklane Towers, Inc. with your account number in the notes section. Four ways to pay by check:
    1. USPS Mail check to HOA Management Services (HMS)
    2. Drop your check off at the HMS during normal business hours
    3. Set up automatic payment by check with your bank and have the bank mail to HMS directly. Be sure to enter your account information (found on your invoice) when setting up this service.

Online by debit or credit card or eCheck

  • Set up your CIT Bank’s Property Pay online account
    • Your invoice will have the necessary information to connect your account with Parklane Towers, Inc. and HOA Management Services.
  • Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express
    • A credit/debit card processing fee will be charged for debit/credit card usage — often known as a merchant fee or convenience fee
    • The processing service company charges a percentage of the total amount being paid for using this card processing service
    • These fees go directly to the processor — not HOA Management Services or Parklane Towers
    • The percentage depends on the card used

By Phone using debit or credit card

  • Call 316-351-7650 and choose option #5
  • A processing fee will be charged for credit/debit card (see above)

Preauthorized electronic fees payment service

  • Complete the Preauthorized Electronic Maintenance Fee Payment Service Agreement and Disclosure Statement for Recurring Electronic Payment of Monthly Maintenance Fee to Parklane Towers, INC (ACH form)
    • Please print or type your information
    • Attach a blank, voided check to the form
    • Send the original completed and signed form, along with the voided check, to HOA Management Services; keep a copy for your records
    • Your account will be automatically debited on the first business day of the month directly depositing your funds into Parklane Towers’ account.

Please note that HOA Management Services will charge you $30 for each Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) transaction. Make sure you have your money deposited into your right account. Our normal late fees will remain the same.
